"I was really shocked at the lackluster quality of this bracelet. I wanted to send it back because I was so disappointed in it. It was really hideous. But by the time I checked back to send it back my 30 day time frame had expired. I am a frequent customer of ICE and have not been disappointed by anything else thus far but this was just hideous."
