"I love Ice.com, and totally trust the site for the jewelry they sell, but this is the first time I was totally disappointed. When I first received the bracelet, it was pretty, but the stones were grey, not blue. I sent it back for a replacement. The second bracelet was a total disaster. It was still grey, with a few blue stones, one of the stones had come out and was in the box, and the bracelet was crimped in 2 places so that it would not lie flat. I sent it back and exchanged it for another style of blue topaz bracelet that I now love."
